Welcome to Advocare Chalfont Internal Medicine!

We are a primary care Internal Medicine practice for adults aged 18 and over.  Please click on "About Us" to read Dr. Shackelford's Welcome Letter.  Our office is conveniently located off of County Line Road in the Highpoint office complex in Chalfont (New Britain Twp.), PA.  We are in the same building group as Prudential, with the entrance being on the opposite side of the building from Prudential's entrance.
